Andra Gusman
Andra is an experienced corporate strategy & business development executive with a background in financial services, tech, and the energy industry. He delivered digital transformation projects for multinationals across Southeast Asia and led M&A and fundraising initiatives at a fintech company. Currently, he also sits on the Board of one of Indonesia’s established oil and gas companies venturing into renewable energy to power future industries. Andra holds an MBA from Columbia Business School and a BA in Economics & International Relations with a Minor in Finance from Tufts University.

Katrina Wardhana
Katrina is a Master of Architecture candidate (MArch) at Harvard University with a professional background in the design sector. She specializes in architectural design and building technologies, possessing technical expertise in Computer-Aided drafting and simulation software as well as an array of digital and mechanical fabrication processes. Katrina is interested in sustainable design and the material engineering of agricultural waste as a means of contributing to a circular economy. She holds a bachelors degree (BA) in Architecture Practice and Art History from Brown University.

Rifqi is a dynamic finance professional with extensive experience in investment banking, strategic advisory, and policy research. Holding positions at renowned institutions, Rifqi has honed his expertise in financial analysis, corporate strategy, and development. Rifqi is a Master of Public Administration (MPA) candidate at Harvard University and holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the University of Dartmouth and a double degree in Economics and Commerce from the University of Indonesia and the University of Melbourne, respectively.

Aufar is a seasoned energy, climate, and sustainability professional. He led strategic initiatives and business developments for the private and public sectors, most notably at the Boston Consulting Group (BCG). He is the Commissioner of Indonesia’s Society of Renewable Energy (SRE), a non-profit organization focusing on unlocking Indonesia’s renewable energy potential. Aufar is a Master of Public Administration (MPA) candidate at Harvard University and holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the University of Cambridge and a Bachelor of Mechanical Engineering from Institut Teknologi Bandung (ITB).
